About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Automotive company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Marketing Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support daily Sales & Marketing activities

• Manage day-to-day sales and marketing operations

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to support business activities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers, while identifying new business opportunities

• Support management in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company objectives

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies

• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market segments

• Develop marketing materials and promotion plans for automotive parts

• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support for automotive products

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• High Conversational English proficiency

• At least 2 year of experience as Sales Marketing Supervisor from Automotive Manufacture or Trading

• Proactive and target-oriented, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Good relationship builder, Analytical, Leadership, Adaptable and problem-solving oriented
