Sales Marketing Staff

About the role

This is a Sales Marketing staff position focused on identifying and building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate product and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with potential customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product/service solutions

• Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations

• Achieve and work within established sales targets

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers

• Provide valuable feedback and input for product development and marketing strategy

About you

• Bachelor's degree (any major)

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales position (experience from the electrical manufacturing industry with electrical equipment sales experience is preferred)

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and good negotiation abilities

• Strong customer orientation and ability to understand and meet customer needs

• Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively to meet targets

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

• Comfortable working in a mobile capacity and target-oriented

• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta and willing to work mobile
