About the role:

You'll responsible for developing marketing opportunities, planning and sales at PT YonMing Indonesia, a leading company in the Commercial Vehicle Parts & Workshop. In this full-time position based in Genuk,Semarang or Teras, Boyolali. you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes.

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you're job & responsibilities will be:

• Offering and selling products to both active partners and potential customers

• Help determine pricing for offers, promotions, and negotiations up to sales

• Provide detailed information about the goods sold to customers

• Maintain good relationship with customers

• Make an analysis of market information and what is happening in the field to be taken into consideration in the future

• Make weekly and monthly reports regarding sales planning and actualization

• Work with a strong team to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Minimum SMK

• Have 1-2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing would be an advantage

• Understand Spare Parts, especially for bus and truck would be an advantage

• Able to speak in Mandarin and English would be an advantage

• Strong communication, organizational, and good at time management skill

• Self driven & High Initiative

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Has a pro active mindset and business sense
