Sales & Marketing Officer

Tanggung jawab

• Manage sales administration, including quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
• Maintain customer databases and follow up on prospects through to closing.
• Develop and expand sales channels (B2B & B2C), including resellers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations with KOLs and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports and analysis.

Persyaratan

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Marketing or Management is preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong understanding of sales administration and sales processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Target-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
