About the role

Sales & Marketing Executive for automotive metal stamping at PT. Dian Raya Cipta, a manufacturing company specializing in automotive components with divisions in Dies Making, Stamping, Welding, and Coil Center, serving renowned OEM and Tier-1 automotive and electronics companies in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Search and develop new customers (OEM & Tier-1) through prospecting, cold-calling, and direct visits

• Generate RFQ, new orders, and new projects for Dies, Stamping, Welding & Coil Center lines

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers

• Prepare cost estimation and quotation (dies & production parts) together with the engineering team

• Follow project processes from RFQ, quotation, through to awarding & mass production

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management/Marketing

• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales in metal industry (automotive/electronics)

• Experience in metal stamping, dies making, or coil center is a significant advantage

• Able to read drawings and understand stamping production processes

• Experienced in cold-calling and door-to-door visits

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for costing

• Active English language skills; Japanese language ability is an advantage

• Honest, responsible, proactive, and communicative

• Possess a Class A driving license
