Sales Marketing

About the role

PT Cito Putra Utama is a company that manages Medical Laboratories and Health Clinics with more than 20 branches in Indonesia. We are seeking a Sales Marketing professional to join our team and play a role in expanding access to healthcare services through market development, building strategic relationships, and delivering healthcare solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement digital and conventional marketing to reach target markets

• Develop and expand market share among Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Communities, Corporate, and Factory segments

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners in relevant segments

• Identify and analyse customer needs to produce appropriate marketing approaches and solutions

• Conduct product/service promotion, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing customers

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets

• Analyse industry trends, market developments, and customer data to identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with creative teams in developing attractive marketing content aligned with company brand image

• Monitor, evaluate, and optimise the effectiveness of marketing strategies based on data and analytics

• Prepare reports on activities, customer development, pipeline, and target achievement on a regular basis

About you

• D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Public Health, or Nursing

• Minimum 1 year experience as marketing/sales professional

• Experience in healthcare industry, laboratories, hospitals, clinics, pharmacy, or medical devices is an advantage

• Target and results oriented

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

• Capable of analysing customer needs and identifying market opportunities

• Proficient in MS Office

• Able to work independently and in teams

• Able to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing work environments

• Passive English language proficiency minimum

• Valid driver's license and own motorcycle

• Placement in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta or Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta
