Sofra Jakarta is a premium Turkish restaurant in South Jakarta, serving authentic cuisine and delivering warm, world-class hospitality. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional to grow our brand, drive business partnerships, and expand our MICE & corporate client base.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hotel industry

• Strong expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) - with established networks in SOE/BUMN & private companies

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) — Turkish & Arabic language skills are a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Highly creative, with fresh ideas for promotions, campaigns, and brand growth

• Strong team player - collaborative, supportive, and works well across departments

• Exceptional organizational & planning skills - detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

• Ready to work flexible hours, including weekends & events as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue & growth targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, BUMN, private companies, and MICE organizers

• Proactively identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and event bookings

• Create creative promotional plans, packages, and marketing materials to attract groups & events

• Manage MICE inquiries, proposals, site visits, and contract negotiations

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of events & client expectations

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve offerings

• Represent Sofra Jakarta at industry events, fairs, and business meetings
