Sales Marketing

About the role

Sales and marketing role in the heavy equipment, spare parts, or industrial sector, with focus on solar panels and renewable energy products. The role involves field-based sales activities, client acquisition, and product presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, prospects, and expand market networks through lead generation

• Explain and present specifications of solar panel and lighting products to potential buyers

• Create price quotations, tender proposals, and follow up on orders

• Coordinate with technical teams regarding product installation or warranty claims

About you

• Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in heavy equipment, spare parts, or industrial sector

• High school diploma (SMA/SMK) for field sales/retail roles, or Diploma (D3/D4) / Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to read client needs and understand basic technical specifications of solar systems and lighting

• Valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) and personal vehicle

• Target-oriented, persistent, and able to work in the field

• Willing to be placed in or outside the city/island

• Preferred: experience or understanding of electrical industry or renewable energy/solar panel sector
