About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our growing team on a contract basis in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

This position will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding our presence in Indonesia’s construction market. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing project opportunities, supporting tender activities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and engineering sectors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Develop business opportunities related to factory, manufacturing facility, and building construction projects

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, industry trends, and competitor activities

• Prepare sales proposals, company presentations, quotations, and tender-related documents

• Follow up on potential projects from initial inquiry through negotiation and contract closing

• Manage sales pipelines and regularly report business development progress

• Coordinate with internal technical, estimation, and project teams to ensure effective client support

• Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events

• Support the development of marketing materials and promotional activities

• Maintain strong communication with owners, developers, contractors, consultants, and other key industry stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, particularly in factory/manufacturing facilities and building construction projects

• Good understanding of the construction business process, including project identification, client approach, tendering, negotiation, and contract closing

• Existing network with owners, developers, contractors, consultants, manufacturing companies, or industrial clients is highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations

• Target-oriented and capable of managing multiple business opportunities simultaneously

• Strong market analysis and business development skills

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams

• Willing to conduct client visits, site visits, and business travel as required
