About the role

Lead and develop the fitness consultant team while driving revenue growth and membership acquisition at Jet Fitness. This role requires a results-oriented professional to manage sales strategy, team performance, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fitness Consultant team

• Achieve revenue targets and club membership goals

• Create sales strategies and improve closing rates

• Conduct briefing, coaching, and team evaluation

• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Manager

• Experience leading a sales team

• Target and revenue oriented

• Willing to work shift system and be placed at Jet Fitness

• Leadership and Team Management skills

• Sales and Closing expertise

• Communication and Negotiation abilities

• KPI and Revenue Management knowledge

• Reporting and Analytical Skills
