Sales Manager

Task / Job Description :

1. Plan, direct and execute marketing activities to increase sales growth

2. Plan, direct and execute promotional activities and events creatively and have a positive impact on the company's brand and sales

3. Plan and manage the creation of company product materials and brochures completely and professionally

4. Develop an attractive reward program that has an effective impact on increasing sales

5. Manage, direct and execute training activities on product knowledge and customer service

6. Manage, direct and execute effective social media marketing activities

7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of all areas below it, and take solution and improvement actions, to make performance continue to improve over time.

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum S1, preferably from Engineering / Management

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably at least 2 years in the field of fire protection systems in Government / BUMN, Oil & Gas, Industrial projects

• Required competencies: Leadership skills, Marketing Skills, Social Media Marketing Skills, Event Management Skills
