Sales Inbound Specialist

Qualifications
•⁠  ⁠Min. D3/S1 in Marketing, Psychology, Management, Communication, or related fields.
•⁠  ⁠Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•⁠  ⁠Ability to communicate in English is required.
•⁠  ⁠Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
•⁠  ⁠Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
•⁠  ⁠Previous experience in Customer Service/Sales, particularly in the banking industry, is a plus.

Responsibilities
•⁠  ⁠Handle and respond to inbound inquiries by providing information about Blubridge Center's therapy services, programs, and enrollment process.
•⁠  ⁠Understand parents' needs and concerns and provide relevant information, individualized based on their child's needs.
•⁠  ⁠Conduct timely follow-ups and convert inbound inquiries into consultations and assessments.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate with the administrative team to support a smooth enrollment process.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain accurate customer data, inquiry status, and follow-up progress using the Blum system.
