Sales Field - Material Bangunan

About the role

This role involves finding and developing customers, building material stores, agents, distributors, contractors, and new prospective customers. You will conduct market visits and surveys to identify new sales opportunities, introduce and promote products to customers, and build long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and develop customers, building material stores, agents, distributors, contractors, and new prospective customers

• Conduct customer visits and market surveys to find new sales opportunities

• Introduce and promote products to customers

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

• Negotiate prices and cooperation with customers, agents, and distributors

• Gather information about competitor prices, products, promotions, and strategies

• Assist customers in preparing needs and product purchase lists

• Coordinate with the Warehouse & Logistics team to ensure orders are delivered on time

• Monitor customer payments and conduct collections according to company policy

• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales activity reports

About you

• Experience and/or network with building material stores, distributors, agents, contractors, or projects

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Accustomed to working with targets and sales achievements

• Own personal motorcycle and active driving license

• Willing to conduct customer visits and market surveys according to work area
