Sales Executive

About the role

As a Sales, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through direct interaction with customers. You will identify customer needs, provide accurate product information, maintain good customer relationships, and manage the sales process effectively. You will also collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Additionally, you will participate in training and development to enhance your capabilities in sales strategy and customer relationship management.

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK

• Work experience: 1 to 3 years in sales or customer service

• Strong customer service capabilities

• Good communication skills

• Proactive attitude

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

• English language proficiency preferred
