1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Sales professional in the FMCG industry, especially in health or nutrition products.
3. In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies for health products.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Able to manage relationships with distributors and key customers professionally.
6. Proficient in sales monitoring techniques and data analysis.
7. Willing to travel for business purposes as required by the company.
8. Strong presentation skills and an understanding of local market characteristics.

1. Conduct exclusive sales of Abbott products in accordance with company targets and strategies within designated distribution channels.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic business partners.
3. Prepare and implement promotional plans and relevant marketing activities for Abbott products.
4. Perform market and competitor analysis to enhance sales opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.
5. Manage sales administration, stock, and marketing activity reports in accordance with company procedures.
