Sales Engineer

About the role

Seeking and developing industrial project opportunities, particularly in the palm industry and refinery sector. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. Identifying customer technical needs and providing appropriate product solutions. Delivering fast and accurate technical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Managing time and targets in a project-based work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Seek and develop industrial project opportunities, particularly in palm industry and refinery

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers

• Identify customer technical needs and provide appropriate product solutions

• Deliver fast and accurate technical solutions to increase customer satisfaction

• Manage time and targets in a project-based work environment

About you

• Minimum D3 education in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or electrical engineering

• Minimum 2 years experience in palm industry, refinery, or boiler manufacturing

• Experienced in conducting field visits (outside city) and B2B approach

• Target-oriented, able to work independently and in teams with strong negotiation skills

• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
