Sales Coordinator - Jawa (Jogja & Solo)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily sales activities and achieve sales targets. Supervise and coordinate the SPG/SPB team

• Monitor team performance and implement effective sales strategies.Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports

• Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements

• Ensure proper product display, stock availability & store compliance

• Willing to be assigned to other locations across Indonesia when required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or related positions

• Experience in Footwear, Fashion, or Department Store Retail is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication & team management skills

• Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & sales reporting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work on weekends & public holidays according to retail schedules

• ⁠Available to join immediately is highly preferred
