Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking ASRO & Sales Consultants to join our team in Pontianak. As an ASRO, you will assist with vision examinations and eyeglass measurements according to training and procedures. As a Sales Consultant, you will welcome customers, help them select frames and lenses, and achieve sales targets through professional service.

Key responsibilities

ASRO:

• Assist with vision examinations according to competence and supervisor direction

• Perform eyeglass measurements according to training and standard operating procedures

• Record examination data and customer needs carefully

• Help check quality and adjust eyeglasses

• Explain eyeglass usage and care to customers

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of examination equipment

Sales Consultant:

• Welcome customers in a friendly manner and understand their needs

• Help customers select frames that suit comfort, style, and budget

• Explain lens options and benefits according to examination results

• Communicate pricing, promotions, and warranty information clearly and honestly

• Record orders and follow up on the process until eyeglass delivery

• Maintain display neatness and comfort of the service area

• Achieve sales targets through professional service

About you

• Communicative, friendly, and confident

• Thorough, honest, disciplined, and responsible

• Have initiative and able to work in a team

• Ready to work with targets and service standards

• Open to feedback and willing to continue developing

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Willing to work with shift system in Pontianak

• Experience in optometry, retail, or customer service is a plus. Fresh graduates with good work attitude are also welcome
