Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support property marketing and sales activities in Pekanbaru.

Key responsibilities

• Find potential property buyers and tenants through online and offline channels

• Promote property listings through social media, digital platforms, and direct marketing

• Contact and follow up with prospective buyers and tenants

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties

• Arrange and accompany customers during property viewings

• Assist with negotiations between property owners and prospective customers

• Maintain good relationships with property owners and potential customers

• Monitor leads and provide regular reports on marketing activities and sales progress

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Interested in sales, marketing, and the property industry

• Familiar with social media and digital communication platforms

• Willing to conduct online and offline marketing activities

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented

• Previous experience in sales or property is an advantage
