About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our client's growing team. You’ll work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Leads, supporting sales and marketing execution across lead follow-up, CRM management, campaigns, content, and pipeline administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads and support sales activities

• Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines

• Assist with marketing campaigns and coordination

• Support content and marketing activities

• Manage sales and marketing administration

• Assist with pipeline tracking and lead management

• Support the BD and Marketing teams with day-to-day activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of total work experience

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing

• Comfortable using CRM tools; Pipedrive experience is a plus

• Strong written and verbal English

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Sanur

• Comfortable working onsite

• Experience in SaaS, technology consulting, self-storage, or real estate

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools

• Comfortable working with Slack, email, and other digital tools

• Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
