About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales professional to join our team at our Cikarang Pusat facility in West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving new business development and revenue growth for PT. CHUAN TIAN PRINTING SUPPLIES INDONESIA. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base across the region. This position is strategically important to our growth objectives and will directly contribute to the company's expansion and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and pursue new business opportunities within the printing supplies sector

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking and market research

• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to facilitate repeat business and referrals

• Present and demonstrate printing supply products and solutions to prospective customers

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs

• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems

• Provide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs and competitive landscape

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in new business development within the printing, supplies or related B2B sector

• Strong ability to identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients

• Demonstrated capability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract closure

• Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of the printing supplies industry or related sectors is advantageous

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional sales experience
