Safety, Health, Environment Associate

• Support the implementation of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and environmental programs in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations
• Conduct routine inspections in the work area to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor compliance with the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Prevent potential warehouse accidents that result in LTI (Lost Time Injury), fatalities, and asset damage
• Assist in preparing monthly SHE reports for management and quarterly reports for the Ministry of Manpower (Disnaker) or relevant institutions
• Record, report, and follow up on incidents, workplace accidents, and near missess
• Support the implementation of SHE socialization, training, and campaigns for employees.
• Help increase awareness of a safe and sustainable work culture.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of SHE-related audits
• Ensure SHE-related documents and permits are always up to date
• Build and maintain good relationships with industrial estate management, government bodies, and other external parties

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Safety, Health, Environment field (preferably from the warehousing or logistics industry)
• Has experience in Logistics or Warehousing is a plus point
• Hold ak3 Umum certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker).
• Ability to educate on and implement Safety practices directly in the field
• Adaptable for placement across various Astro Facilities.
• Strong problem solver.
• Data-driven for data reporting.
• Understand basic knowledge regarding Safety and environmental regulations (Labor Law, Permenaker, Government Regulations, iso, etc.).
• Capable of creating systematic and well-organize reports.
• Attention to detail, disciplined, and meticulous.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to deliver education or training to various levels of employees.
• Understand Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control and Job Safety Analysis
• Able to collaborate effectively in cross-departmental teams.
• Able to utilize basic formulas for Spreadsheets. Basic computer skills (Ms. Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)
