Safety Coordinator

Requirements:

1. Holds a K3 certificate and is able to implement SMK3.

2. 1–3 years of safety-management experience, such as site patrols, hazard identification, and safety administration.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate and implement occupational safety laws, regulations, and standards and monitor compliance.

2. Help develop project safety policies and ensure they are implemented.

3. Conduct daily safety patrols and address unsafe instructions, practices, and conduct.

4. Require correction of site hazards and order partial work stoppage for serious hazards.

5. Directly monitor high-risk construction activities.

6. Follow up on corrective actions and conduct re-inspections.

7. Communicate hazards, organize daily safety education, and ensure toolbox talks are conducted.

8. Participate in acceptance inspections of machinery, temporary electrical systems, safety protection, and fire-fighting facilities.

9. Maintain project safety records, including inspections, briefings, acceptance checks, training, and other safety activities.

10. Immediately report incidents, assist with rescue, protect the scene, and document incident handling.

11. In emergencies, stop work and evacuate personnel from hazardous areas.
