RFID Solutions Specialist

About the role

PT Nusatek Global Solutions is seeking an experienced RFID Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in South Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new RFID business through prospecting and account development across

• Manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare and other operational sectors.

• Discover customer workflows and pain points; shape use cases and business cases.

• Coordinate RF assessment, tag testing and PoC with the technical team.

• Lead proposals, negotiation, close, rollout and expansion of strategic accounts.

• Maintain CRM, pipeline, forecasts, quotations and timely customer follow-up.

What we're looking for

• Education: Min. Bachelor Degree.

• 1-3 yrs B2B solution sales; own pipeline.

• AIDC, WMS/ERP/MES, automation or IoT.

• RFID background; operational discovery.

• Proposals, negotiation, stakeholder skills.

• Professional Bahasa; business English.
