Retail Outlet Officer

Main Responsibilities :

• To manage and deliver customer-focused service in retail outlet

• Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.

• Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive

• Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data

• Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office

• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.

• Implement store hours

• Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.

Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.

• Good English Communication Skill

• Well-grooming and having a good personality

• Having experience as a Sales Person will be an advantage

• Minimum has one year of working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Willing to be placed anywhere in Surabaya area

• Candidates must be able to meet the legal requirements to work in Indonesia.
