Retail Marketing Specialist

About the role

Sell packaged cooking oil brand STA and DMO cooking oil to Modern Trade (minimarkets, supermarkets, hypermarkets) and General Trade (shops, wholesalers, sub-distributors). Open new outlets and expand market penetration in sales areas.

Key responsibilities

• Sell packaged cooking oil brand STA and DMO cooking oil to Modern Trade and General Trade channels

• Open new outlets and expand market penetration in sales areas

• Monitor DMO cooking oil distribution to ensure compliance with regulations (Permendag 20/2026) and accurate targeting

• Maintain stock, display, and pricing of products at outlets

• Analyse market conditions and competitor activities in packaged cooking oil

• Handle sales administration and monitor receivables from outlets and distributors

• Build relationships with customers and prospective customers to achieve sales targets

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Management, Marketing, or Business

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in packaged cooking oil sales/marketing or FMCG

• Understanding of cooking oil sales and distribution, including DMO programmes

• Willing to undertake business travel and field visits in sales areas

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
