Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be fully responsible for daily restaurant floor operations and ensuring high service standards are maintained at all times. This is a strategic position that allows you to be part of the premium service culture we are building at Akari Indonesia, a Japanese culinary destination offering authentic dining experiences through our Akari Ramen & Sushi Indonesia concept.

Key responsibilities

• Direct supervision of service staff

• Management of guest queues

• Coordination with the kitchen to ensure smooth food service

• Lead the team effectively

• Resolve customer complaints professionally

• Ensure cleanliness and comfort of dining areas in accordance with Akari brand image

• Monitor quality of products and services with attention to detail

• Motivate the team to achieve customer satisfaction targets and daily operational efficiency

About you

• Minimum Diploma level education

• One to three years of work experience in F&B or hospitality industry

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Strong Leadership qualities to guide the team

• Deep understanding of F&B Knowledge and Restaurant Management

• Dedicated, friendly, and ready to face challenges in a dynamic work environment
