Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related fields.

2. 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager, preferably in Japanese or Fine Dining restaurants.

3. Strong understanding of fine dining service, hospitality, and guest experience.

4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.

5. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including SOPs, cost control, inventory, and P&L.

6. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and Yakiniku is a plus.

7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

8. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
