About the role

Ensure daily operation of outlet / restaurant and bar comply with SOP by planning, monitoring and controlling food and beverage operation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow

• Maintain a positive restaurant culture

• Create work schedules that align with the restaurant's needs

• Ensure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations

• Train new employees to help them meet the restaurant's expectations and proper customer service practices

• Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals

• Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints

• Liaise with other departments to maintain the restaurant defect and safety
