Reservation & Guest Relations Agent

About the role

As a Reservation & Guest Relations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and prospective guests. You will handle inquiries across booking platforms and marketing channels, guide prospects through property surveys, and support guests from registration through their stay, acting as the bridge between guests and property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inquiries and respond promptly to guest messages and questions on Airbnb and other OTA listings

• Respond to inquiries on Facebook Marketplace and other marketing platforms

• Provide accurate information about properties, availability, facilities, and house rules

• Schedule property inspections and surveys for prospective guests

• Accompany guests during property surveys and present the property professionally

• Assist with guest registration and the collection of guest information

• Follow up on guest payments according to the agreed schedule

• Forward guest complaints and feedback to the property owner

• Act as the bridge between owners and guests, ensuring issues are communicated clearly and followed up
