Reservation Daily Worker

Handle and coordinate daily guest reservations through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other reservation channels.

Assist guests with reservation inquiries, availability, seating preferences, and booking details.

Accurately record and update guest reservations in the reservation system.

Coordinate with the Hostess, Guest Relations, Service, and other operational teams regarding reservations and guest requests.

Assist with confirming, modifying, and cancelling reservations.

Provide accurate information regarding the venue, operating hours, dining options, events, and reservation policies.

Maintain professional and friendly communication with guests at all times.

Assist with preparing daily reservation lists and reports.
