Representative Office Head – Pekanbaru

We are hiring for the position of Representative Office Head – Pekanbaru to grow our presence in Pekanbaru and the Riau area. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding business relationships, managing operational and administrative activities, and leading the overall performance of the Pekanbaru Representative Office. The position requires strong leadership, business development capabilities, and strategic relationship management within the productive financing industry.

• Develop and execute market penetration strategies to increase business volume and revenue while maintaining healthy margins.

• Identify new market opportunities, expand customer base, and build partnerships with suppliers in leasing, consumer finance, and factoring.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and long-term business growth.

• Review and ensure completeness of customer documents; analyze credit applications and prepare proposals for credit approval.

• Monitor RO performance and ensure alignment with company targets and strategies.

• Monitor portfolio quality and maintain basic oversight of collection activities to support healthy financing performance.

• Oversee RO operations including finance, accounting, HRGA, and administration to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance targets and improve productivity.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend training or career development programs.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in accounting / business management or related.

• Minimum of 3 (three) year of experience as Account Manager / Marketing in a Financing Company / Banking Industry / Heavy Equipment Insurance / Heavy Equipment Supplier

• Having experience in Heavy Equipment financing is an advantage

• Strong in finance lease marketing and credit analysis skills

• Proven track record in account management and achieving sales targets

• English is adequate minimum in reading & writing in credit proposals

• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru
