Relationship Manager Financial Insitution

Job Description:

• Acquire new Financial Institution (FI) clients and manage existing relationships to drive business growth and expand the Bank’s client portfolio.

• Identify business opportunities and develop tailored banking solutions to meet clients’ needs and strengthen long-term partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and decision-makers at financial institutions.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination, address client needs, and deliver suitable banking products and services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar Relationship Manager role, preferably in Corporate Banking or Financial Institutions.

• Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.

• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
