Regional Sales Manager - Area Jakarta, Jabar, Jateng & Jatim

About the role

Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing, designing, and implementing sales strategy to achieve company targets across Jakarta, Jabar, Jateng, and Jatim regions, with homebase in Cipondoh - Tangerang.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement sales strategy for achievement of company-set targets

• Design and execute distribution channel plans

• Design and execute plans to maintain and manage distributors

• Manage awareness of current market conditions and competition, and proactively implement new strategies to address changing market dynamics

• Develop ASM team members to align with Company Competency Standards

• Build team spirit at high motivation levels through coaching, monitoring, identifying problems, and assisting in problem-solving

• Execute all key responsibilities according to specified schedules

About you

• Minimum S1 education (all majors)

• Minimum 2 years experience as Regional Sales Manager

• Or minimum 5 years experience as Area Sales Manager in FMCG products

• Strong leadership, managerial skills and strategic thinking

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities
