Regional Sales Manager

Job Title: Head of Retail Sales Operations

Level: Sr. Manager | Reporting to: GM

Industry: Retail Grocery

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day all store operations

• Design sales operation strategy and set goals for growth

• Set policies and processes

• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

• Evaluate and improve operations performance

• Prepare regular reports for upper management

• Set & monitoring plan for merchandising, marketing, sales, store operations, Etc

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field

• Proven experience as retail Store Manager for Grocery store is a must

• Experience in field of retail store operation for grocery industry

• Knowledge of groceries business process and functions (Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations etc.)

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Willing to work mobile when needed

Placement: South Jakarta - SCBD (Monday - Friday)
