Regional Sales Executive (West Java)

We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive (Bandung) to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in West Java region.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute business growth strategies
-Generate leads, conduct solution pitching, negotiate, and close deals
-Explore new market segments and business opportunities
-Manage customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
-Launch new projects to increase market penetration
-Maintain accurate sales records, proposals, and contracts

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
-Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Support, or Business Development within Baking & Food Ingredients Industry
-Fluent in English is preferred
-Experience with baking ingredients, yeast extract, savory applications, or food additives is highly preferred
-Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
-Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
