Regional Human Capital Section Head Balikpapan

Responsibility :

• Handle recruitment process & ensure the fulfillment of the number of personnel in the project on time

• Monitor and update employee data, contracts, BPJS and project employee insurance

• Record attendance, overtime, permits, sickness or leave of employees to support the payroll process

• Ensure all personnel documents for the payroll process are complete and on time

• Support the implementation of project employee training in accordance with the commercial agreement

• Handling industrial relations within the scope of the Balikpapan regional project

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major

• At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist Supervisor/Leader

• Have good skills in using Ms. Office (Excel, PPT & Word) & Familiar with HRIS system

• Experience in handling industrial relation disputes & have a good understanding of Indonesian labor law

• Have high integrity, detail, strong communication & interpersonal skills
