Recruitment Specialist

1. Strong knowledge of the end-to-end massive recruitment process, with experience in the mining, construction, or related sectors.
2. Strong background in handling new hire administrative process, from onboarding and fulfilling all project entry requirements (MCU, site permits, site induction) & alignment process.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with an existing talent pool.
4. Adaptable to any situation, strong analytical skills, eager to learn, and innovative.
