Reconciliation Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation between Company's data and Partner's data

• Check settlement from Partner and Bank Reconciliation

• Prepare daily and monthly reports

• Follow up on transaction disputes and reconciliation issues with relevant teams

• Analyze data and implement solutions based on reconciliation findings

• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding projects or products involving reconciliation

• Company Location: Sudirman Plaza, Jakarta Selatan

About you

• Minimum working experience 2 Years/Fresh grad with strong technical also welcome

• Experience in the payment gateway / Fintech sector is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (mastery of basic formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is mandatory)

• Strong data analysis skills

• Zero-error mindset

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
