About the role

APR Golf is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Front Desk & Service Crew member to support daily operations and provide an enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers upon arrival.

• Handle customer reservations, bookings, and inquiries.

• Process payments and assist with cashier duties.

• Serve food and beverages to customers.

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk and golf bay areas.

• Assist customers with basic golf simulator operations.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Support daily operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Female, non-hijab.

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

• Able to operate a computer and perform basic administrative tasks.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Quick learner, adaptable, and willing to learn new things.

• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
