Real Estate Broker | Property Consultant

About the role

We are a large international agency looking for experienced Real Estate brokers, who are self-motivated, energetic, and driven to earn and grow with the company. This role offers company-provided leads, on-time commissions, and full admin support for your deals from a dedicated back-office team. Additional earning potential is available from making internal referrals to brokers in other offices across the UK, Cyprus, Middle East, Thailand, and over 20 immigration programs (EU, USA, Canada) that can reach up to $5K for passing over contact details.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales of investment properties around the globe

• Manage client relationships and conversions

• Work with company-provided leads to meet sales targets

• Coordinate with back-office team on deal administration

• Identify and refer internal opportunities to brokers in other offices

About you

• Proven sales track record

• Minimum 12 months' experience in Bali real estate market

• Successful sales record with high conversion rates

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skill, English C1+

• Ambitious, motivated and result oriented mindset
