About the role

Lead and supervise the R&D team in developing and improving decorative cosmetic formulations. Oversee formulation trials, product testing, and sample evaluation to ensure product quality and stability. Drive product innovation and ensure formulations meet market trends, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with related departments to support product development timelines and commercialization.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic R&D, preferably in decorative cosmetics

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation, raw materials, and product stability testing

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a team

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
