Quantity Surveyour (F&B)

Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantity (BOQ), and project budgets.
• Conduct quantity take-off based on construction drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and overall budget utilization.
• Prepare cost reports and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Review contractor progress claims and payment applications.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, and Finance teams throughout project execution.
• Ensure all project costs comply with company standards and contractual agreements.
• Support tendering and vendor selection processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in retail, F&B, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, project costing, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD (knowledge of CostX, PlanSwift, or similar software is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
