Quantity Surveyor (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities / 岗位职责:

• BOQ & Quantity Take-offs / 编制BOQ与算量: Independently read construction drawings, perform take-offs, and prepare local Indonesian BOQs. 独立识图、算量，并根据印尼本地工程实践编制工程量清单（BOQ

• Document Handling / 处理工程与商务文件: Efficiently handle high-volume engineering, technical, and commercial documents. 高效、准确地处理大量工程及商务相关文件。

• Site & Team Coordination / 项目与现场沟通协调: Proactively coordinate with site teams, follow up on task progress, and resolve issues promptly. 主动与项目现场沟通，跟进任务进度并协调解决问题。

• Task Management / 主动推进工作: Take initiative, think independently, and drive tasks forward rather than waiting for instructions. 具备独立思考能力，主动发现问题并推进工作落实。

Requirements / 任职要求:

• Education / 专业背景: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related engineering majors. 土木工程、工程造价、工程管理或相关工程专业本科及以上学历。

• Experience / 工作经验: 1–2 years of relevant experience with proven ability to independently prepare local Indonesian BOQs. 1—2年相关经验，具备独立编制印尼本地BOQ的实际能力。

• Languages / 语言能力:

• Fluent Spoken Mandarin (Required) / 中文口语流利（必须）

• Good Command of English (Required) / 英文良好（必须）

• Mandarin Literacy is a plus / 中文读写能力佳者优先（加分项）

• Soft Skills / 软实力: Proactive, good communication, responsible, and strong teamwork skills. 工作积极主动、有责任心、善于沟通且具备团队合作意识。

• Location & Travel / 工作地点与出差: Based in Jakarta office with occasional travel to project sites. 常驻雅加达，可接受不定期项目出差。
