About the role

Quantity Surveyor specialising in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation for construction projects. The role involves preparing detailed BOQs based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, calculating construction work volumes accurately, and ensuring alignment between calculations and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

• Calculate construction work volumes in detail and accurately

• Perform quantity take-off from working drawings

• Ensure volume calculations align with project drawings

• Revise BOQ when design changes occur

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering or related field

• Experience in BOQ preparation for villa or building projects

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel

• Able to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

• Detail-oriented and able to work to deadlines
