Quantity Surveyor

About the role

A Quantity Surveyor role focused on reading and analysing work drawings, creating take-off quantities and bill of quantities, analysing work execution methods, calculating material and labour requirements, creating and controlling budgets and work plans, calculating work progress, and calculating final project take-off quantities.

Key responsibilities

• Membaca dan Menganalisa Gambar Kerja

• Membuat Take Off Quantity / BQ Pekerjaan

• Menganalisa Metode Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan

• Melakukan Perhitungan Kebutuhan Material dan Jasa

• Membuat dan Mengontrol RAB dan RAP

• Menghitung Pencapaian Pekerjaan

• Menghitung Take Off Quantity Final Proyek

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Architecture or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying

• Experience working in contractor companies

• Proficient soft skills

• Ability to create systematic reports

• Computer skills including MS Office and AutoCAD

• Good interpersonal communication skills, creative, initiative and detail-oriented

• Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined and able to work as part of a team and independently

• Willing to undertake out-of-town business travel

• Able to work with tight deadlines
