Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Citra Graha Selaras in Jakarta. As a Quantity Surveyor, you are responsible for the RAPP construction estimation process and budget oversight. This position requires technical expertise and sharp business insight to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantity analysis and cost estimation for various construction projects based on construction drawings

• Create detailed item lists and budget plans

• Identify areas of cost-saving opportunities

• Coordinate with other project teams, such as project managers to ensure proper and effective implementation

• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to improve project efficiency and profitability

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

• Deep understanding of construction cost estimation processes, measurement techniques, and budget analysis

• Ability to use construction cost estimation software such as Revit, AutoCAD, PRIMAVERA P6 and Microsoft Office

• Expertise in reading technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with project stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving, time management, and project management capabilities
