Quality Control (QC) Personnel

About the role

Quality Control (QC) role focused on reviewing audit working papers, financial statements, and auditor's reports to ensure compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review audit working papers to ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards (SPAP) and the firm's audit methodology

• Review financial statements and auditor's reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (SAK)

• Identify audit documentation deficiencies and provide constructive review notes to engagement teams

• Monitor the resolution of review findings and ensure audit documentation is complete before finalization

• Assist in tax-related reviews, including handling SP2DK (Surat Permintaan Penjelasan atas Data dan/atau Keterangan) examinations and preparing the necessary supporting documentation

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).

3. Mandatory: Proven experience handling SP2DK (Surat Permintaan Penjelasan atas Data dan/atau Keterangan)

from the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes (DJP).

4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Auditing Standards (SPAP) and applicable Financial Accounting Standards

(SAK).

5. Proficient in reviewing audit working papers and financial statements.

6. Strong understanding of tax regulations, tax compliance, and supporting documentation for tax examinations.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

9. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

10. High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
