Responsibilities

• Ensure collection agents comply with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and external regulations, particularly OJK guidelines

• Monitor and evaluate collection activities, including:

  • Communication approach via phone

  • Negotiation techniques

  • Payment follow-up processes

• Ensure all collection practices are conducted in an ethical, professional, and compliant manner

• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) / quality checks (QC) on call recordings and written communications

• Provide constructive feedback and improvement recommendations to the collection team

• Identify potential compliance risks and support mitigation efforts

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of QA findings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Management, Communication, or related fields)

• experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control min. 1 year

• Basic understanding of collection processes and regulatory frameworks (especially OJK) is preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized

• High level of integrity and accountability

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
