About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Staff to join the team at PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI). This full-time position is based in Bekasi, West Java, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our manufacturing processes and products.

What you'll be doing

• Perform in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Analyze quality data using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, and advanced formulas) and Power BI to generate reports and support decision-making.

• Prepare and present quality performance reports, KPIs, defect trends, and improvement activities to management and relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing processes.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, including compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.

What we're looking for

• Diploma Degree (D3) with relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering.

• Min. 1 year experienced in related position

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas.

• Proficient in Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and perfomrance monitoring

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret larga datasets to support decision making and qualimty improvement

• Good communication skill in English both Oral and Written (TOEIC/TOEFL certified are preferred).
